Oranje Axis Placement Consultancy is based in Bangalore, working at the intersection of two industries that rarely get treated with equal depth: BFS and IT.

Our approach

Focus over breadth.

Most consultancies try to cover every industry and end up understanding none of them well. Oranje Axis takes the opposite approach — we work only across Banking, Financial Services & Insurance and IT, so every conversation with a candidate or a hiring team is grounded in real domain knowledge, not a generic recruiter script.

The name reflects the idea directly: an axis is the line two things pivot around. For us, that's talent on one side and opportunity on the other — with our job being to align them precisely, not just quickly.

Requirements are scoped with the hiring manager, not just HR — so the shortlist matches what the role actually needs.
Candidates are screened against role-specific criteria (technical for engineering, domain for BFS roles).
Every candidate gets a clear status update, whether shortlisted or not.
We work both contingency and retained mandates depending on the role's seniority and urgency.
